Electrical Sales Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Sales Engineer will drive new business opportunities and secure electrical contracting and technical projects across Kuwait. You will act as the technical bridge between clients and internal engineering teams, delivering tailored solutions that meet project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and secure electrical contracting and technical projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, and key clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and market expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in Electrical Contracting, Low Current Systems (ELV), Smart Home Systems, or Electrical Sales.
• Proven experience in business development and project acquisition.
• Strong network with consultants, contractors, developers, and decision‑makers in the Kuwaiti market (highly preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.
