About the role

As a Food & Beverage Director at Hilton, you will lead all aspects of the hotel's dining operations, shaping strategy to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

Define F&B operational strategy to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
Plan and oversee administrative and operational functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation.
Implement cost controls for food, beverage, and labor while driving revenue through marketing initiatives.
Lead, develop, and retain a high‑performing team through performance management and professional development.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
