About the role
As a Food & Beverage Director at Hilton, you will lead all aspects of the hotel's dining operations, shaping strategy to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Define F&B operational strategy to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Plan and oversee administrative and operational functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation.
- Implement cost controls for food, beverage, and labor while driving revenue through marketing initiatives.
- Lead, develop, and retain a high‑performing team through performance management and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
