About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Front Office Executive and Data Entry Executive. The role involves handling front‑office interactions, managing administrative tasks, and performing accurate data entry in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and callers in a professional manner.
Maintain and update records, databases, and paperwork with high accuracy.
Handle routine office tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence.
Support the team with basic administrative duties and ensure smooth daily operations.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
Relevant work experience in front‑office or data‑entry functions.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic spoken Arabic is mandatory.
