Home Appliances Promoter – SharkNinja

About the role

The Small Domestic Appliances Promoter will drive sales and boost brand awareness for SharkNinja’s premium home and kitchen appliances across assigned retail outlets. You will engage customers through product education, maintain high merchandising standards, and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the SharkNinja brand professionally as a brand ambassador in retail stores.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to maximise satisfaction and conversion.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while supporting overall business goals.
• Maintain merchandising compliance and attractive product presentation.
• Ensure stock availability, report shortages, and keep the demo area clean and operational.
• Build strong relationships with store staff to enhance product visibility.
• Support in‑store promotions, product launches, and marketing activations.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the Trade Marketing team.
• Record daily sales performance, customer feedback, and store visits.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, product promotion or customer‑facing roles.
• Previous experience promoting small domestic appliances, kitchen appliances, consumer electronics or premium consumer brands.
• Experience working with major retail chains in the UAE is an advantage.
