About the role
We are seeking an experienced Hostess to join a reputable restaurant group in Kuwait. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage reservations, waiting lists and table allocations.
- Escort guests to tables, provide menus and coordinate with floor staff for VIP or special requests.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, maintain a clean reception area and inform guests of waiting times and policies.
- Assist with guest concerns, support operations during busy periods and uphold professional grooming standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum height 165 cm, fit appearance and professional grooming.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés or the hospitality industry.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment and basic knowledge of reservation systems.
What we offer
- Salary: 135 KWD.
