About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hostess to join a reputable restaurant group in Kuwait. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating experience.

Key responsibilities

Welcome guests, manage reservations, waiting lists and table allocations.
Escort guests to tables, provide menus and coordinate with floor staff for VIP or special requests.
Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, maintain a clean reception area and inform guests of waiting times and policies.
Assist with guest concerns, support operations during busy periods and uphold professional grooming standards.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum height 165 cm, fit appearance and professional grooming.
Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés or the hospitality industry.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment and basic knowledge of reservation systems.

What we offer

Salary: 135 KWD.
