About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures the hotel’s appearance and cleanliness meet the brand’s high standards, creating memorable experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Respond to guest requests, stock carts, and deliver supplies as needed.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality requirements.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, professional appearance, and communication.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, guest‑focused environment.
