About the role
A confidential client in the energy and industrial sector is seeking an HR Director to lead workforce planning, labour strategy and leadership support across plant, operations and support functions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HR across asset‑intensive and technical operations.
- Support workforce forecasting, retention and critical‑role planning.
- Improve policy, systems, compliance and organisational capability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Required profile
- Senior HR experience in industrial, utilities, manufacturing or oil and gas.
- Strong GCC exposure preferred.
- Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C‑suite and board stakeholders.
- Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
