HR Officer – Food & Beverage

About the role

The HR Officer – Food & Beverage will be based on‑site in Qurain, handling day‑to‑day HR operations for WOW MILKY’s food and beverage division. This full‑time position supports recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Support recruitment activities, prepare and update job descriptions, and assist with onboarding and orientation.
• Coordinate training programs for food and beverage staff.
• Manage employee relations, address workplace concerns, and promote an inclusive culture.
• Assist with performance review processes and develop HR policies specific to food and beverage operations.
• Provide HR reports and insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in day‑to‑day HR operations, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Qurain, collaborate with diverse teams, and handle confidential information with integrity.
