HSE Supervisor for Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

The HSE Supervisor will support KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions group on a 5‑year PMC contract with Kuwait Oil Company, ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance on construction sites for oil‑field facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and control HSE issues on construction sites and monitor EPC contractor HSE Management System.
• Interpret KOC policies and statutory requirements, providing guidance to EPC management.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait legislative requirements and disseminate updates.
• Develop professional relationships with KOC, regulators and EPC contractors.
• Conduct regular site visits, safety talks and training sessions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. degree; high‑school graduate with IOSH or NEBOSH certification acceptable.
• Minimum 15 years total experience, including at least 7 years in HSE roles within oil & gas.
• At least 5 years experience as an HSE Supervisor on construction projects.
• Proven experience with HSE reporting, hazard identification and control.
