About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Handyman to join our real‑estate team in Kuwait City. The successful candidate will perform a range of civil maintenance and repair tasks to keep our properties in excellent condition.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out minor civil repairs and general building maintenance.
- Identify defects, report maintenance requirements and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform masonry, plastering, tiling and painting work as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in civil maintenance and repair works.
- Ability to work independently with good communication skills.
- Valid, transferable Kuwait residency (Article 18) and immediate availability preferred.
