Marketing Manager – Fintech & BNPL

About the role

Taly is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its brand and growth initiatives across consumer and merchant segments in the fast‑moving fintech and BNPL space. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape strategy, drive acquisition, and ensure all communications meet strict financial‑services compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve Taly’s brand identity across digital, print, events and partnership touchpoints.
• Develop a compelling brand narrative that resonates with both consumers and merchants.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, activation and retention.
• Manage merchant marketing programs supporting B2B growth.
• Lead performance marketing across paid social, SEM, display, affiliate and influencer channels, optimizing CAC, LTV and ROAS.
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnership and co‑marketing opportunities.
• Oversee content strategy, social media presence and SEO to boost organic reach.
• Collaborate with product teams on go‑to‑market plans for new product launches.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in fintech, consumer finance or BNPL.
• Demonstrated success in data‑driven acquisition and demand‑generation campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of financial‑services advertising regulations and compliance.
