About the role
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Technician who can also drive sales in our Hawally store. The candidate will handle mobile device repairs while actively promoting our product range to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of mobile phones and tablets.
- Provide product recommendations and upsell services to customers.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and sales materials.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely service.
- Report daily sales and service activities to management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile device repair.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Fluent in Arabic and Telugu.
Required skills
- Arabic language proficiency
- Telugu language proficiency
