Multiple Precast & Engineering Positions – Ahmadi, Kuwait

About the role

We are expanding our Precast Factory & Operations Division in Ahmadi, Kuwait and are seeking experienced professionals for a wide range of engineering and production positions. The roles cover structural, erection, production, quality, mechanical, electrical, and supervisory functions within a fast‑paced precast environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and supervise precast structural projects.
• Manage erection activities and ensure safe installation on site.
• Oversee production lines, workshop operations, and fabrication processes.
• Control quality, conduct inspections, and maintain compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with contracts, procurement, and business development teams.
• Lead teams of technicians, fitters, operators, and laborers.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification and experience in precast, construction, or manufacturing.
• Strong technical and operational knowledge specific to the applied role.
• Previous experience in the GCC region is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment.
