About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to manage daily workflows for our e‑commerce brand. The role focuses on handling Shopify orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring inventory accuracy while supporting production teams.

Key responsibilities

Process and track Shopify orders from receipt to fulfillment.
Coordinate deliveries and pickups with logistics partners.
Organise inventory, maintain the stockroom, and oversee order fulfillment.
Communicate with tailors and production teams to guarantee timely order completion.
Identify and implement improvements to boost operational efficiency.

Required profile

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and handle fast‑paced daily operations.
Detail‑oriented, responsible and adaptable.
Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
