Operations Coordinator – E‑commerce & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to manage daily workflows for our e‑commerce brand. The role focuses on handling Shopify orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring inventory accuracy while supporting production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track Shopify orders from receipt to fulfillment.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with logistics partners.
• Organise inventory, maintain the stockroom, and oversee order fulfillment.
• Communicate with tailors and production teams to guarantee timely order completion.
• Identify and implement improvements to boost operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and handle fast‑paced daily operations.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and adaptable.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
