Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead a team of 15 drivers, ensuring efficient and punctual service delivery while optimizing daily and weekly routes. This role combines logistics coordination, client relationship management, and business development to support the company’s growth in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a fleet of 15 drivers, monitoring performance and punctuality.
• Analyze customer databases to create optimized road plans on a daily and weekly basis.
• Conduct cold‑calling activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with profitability goals.
• Handle client calls, address complaints, and resolve service‑related issues.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and act on requests.
• Oversee regular maintenance and servicing schedules for all company vehicles.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; basic Arabic proficiency.
• Valid manual driving licence.
• Eligibility for sponsorship transfer in Kuwait.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
