About the role
BAM LABS is seeking a full‑time Operations Manager to lead daily operations at its Kuwait office. The role focuses on logistics, team coordination and the implementation of strategic processes to boost performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations and logistics within the Kuwait office.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement and monitor strategic processes and operational policies.
- Supervise cross‑functional teams and track key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with organizational goals and standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Merchandising experience in FMCG or F&B.
- Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
