Payroll Account Opening Supervisor

About the role

The Payroll Account Opening Supervisor is responsible for executing the opening, updating, and maintenance of client CIFs and accounts while ensuring high-quality non‑financial data capture.

Key responsibilities

• Execute CIF and account operations accurately and timely.
• Verify complete and proper CIF and KYC documentation according to bank procedures.
• Collect original CIF documents from branches and deliver them for e‑archiving.
• Amend data in the Apperio and Hats systems with accuracy.
• Receive and process files from branches, corporate, and SME units via internal mail or email.
• Review company documents based on entity type (individual, joint stock, limited liability, etc.).
• Contact branches to resolve missing or incorrect data and return files until complete.
• Add company signatures in the identity capture system.
• Update customer/company information received via internal mail.
• Register returning files to branches daily with date and maker’s name.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification/experience.
• At least 4 years of banking experience, including retail banking and operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Apperio system.
• Proficiency with Hats system.
• Experience using identity capture tools for signature capture.
