About the role
The agency is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in a day‑shift schedule (8 am‑5 pm). The role requires independent, accountable care for a complex patient population while supporting departmental growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver age‑appropriate physical therapy interventions to outpatients.
- Maintain independence and accountability in patient care planning and execution.
- Contribute to professional development and departmental improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
- BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
- Minimum one year of professional experience or successful completion of facility competencies.
Required skills
- CPR certification (available upon hire).
