About the role

The agency is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in a day‑shift schedule (8 am‑5 pm). The role requires independent, accountable care for a complex patient population while supporting departmental growth.

Key responsibilities

Deliver age‑appropriate physical therapy interventions to outpatients.
Maintain independence and accountability in patient care planning and execution.
Contribute to professional development and departmental improvement initiatives.

Required profile

Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
Minimum one year of professional experience or successful completion of facility competencies.

Required skills

CPR certification (available upon hire).
