Project Coordinator – Pre‑Sales Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Pre‑Sales Coordinator to support tendering and proposal activities for ELV, CCTV, power and infrastructure projects in Kuwait. The role reports to the Enterprise Manager and involves close interaction with vendors, customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender specifications and engineering requirements.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, compliance sheets and technical proposals.
• Handle tenders for ELV, CCTV, Access Control, UPS, batteries, generators and data‑center infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to obtain technical and commercial offers.
• Ensure compliance with customer and tender requirements.
• Support project planning, coordination and documentation.
• Maintain tender schedules and meet submission deadlines.
• Assist the Enterprise Manager in business development and opportunity tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of engineering tendering or pre‑sales experience.
• Knowledge of ELV, power and infrastructure solutions.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred.
• Residency must be transferable; immediate joiner.
• Indian or Pakistani nationality preferred.
