Project Support Controller – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Support Controller to join our team in Kuwait. Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage the end‑to‑end project control process, support the UK project support team and help ensure efficient implementation of SRT projects in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Apply consistent project control processes, governance and guidance to the in‑country project team.
• Use best‑practice scheduling techniques to optimise plans, resolve conflicts and track dependencies.
• Monitor and report project progress, manage day‑to‑day accounting activities and prepare financial forecasts.
• Prepare financial and management reports, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Support project audits and ensure compliance with contractual milestones and payment applications.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including actions, issues, risks and purchase orders.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Degree‑level education or relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within construction or civil engineering.
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Project.
• Advanced use of SharePoint.
• Advanced use of the MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and finance/controlling tools.
