About the role

FSHN Health is hiring a qualified and experienced Psychiatrist to join its growing multidisciplinary healthcare team in Kuwait. The role suits a professional passionate about mental health, patient-centered care and delivering high-quality psychiatric services in a multicultural clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, establish diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications and arrange referrals when needed.
• Monitor patients' progress and ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
• Provide clinical consultations, guidance and training to other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Support psychiatric hospitalizations when necessary and provide periodic after-hours availability for urgent situations.
• Oversee relevant clinical and administrative aspects of the clinic.

Required profile

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Psychiatry.
• Board certified and eligible for Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) licensing.
• Strong clinical knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
• Good understanding of Kuwait's healthcare regulations and professional standards.
• Experience working with multicultural patients and clinical teams.
