Regional Human Resources Director

About the role

FutureTEC is looking for an experienced Regional Human Resources Director to shape and execute the people strategy across Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with senior leaders to build scalable HR practices that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead workforce planning, budgeting, organizational design, grading structures and role clarity.
• Establish HR policies, governance frameworks and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Oversee performance management, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and talent management functions.
• Provide governance for HR operations including contracts, onboarding, off‑boarding and employee records.
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives and support senior management in change and transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to advise CEOs and senior executives on people and organisational matters.
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries or geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong analytical, commercial awareness and high integrity.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
