About the role

A reputed restaurant group in Kuwait is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager. The position covers daily restaurant operations, staff management and business targets, and is advertised online.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily operations, control expenses and achieve business targets
Train, coach and manage staff performance
Prepare operational and sales reports using MS Excel
Oversee food costing, inventory control, budgeting and cost management
Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality

Required profile

Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
At least 7-10 years of experience in restaurant operations
Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
Age below 40 years
Professional, well-groomed and presentable personality

Required skills

MS Excel
Food costing, inventory control and budgeting
Staff training and performance management

Salary depends on experience and interview performance; the interview mode is online.
