About the role
A reputed restaurant group in Kuwait is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager. The position covers daily restaurant operations, staff management and business targets, and is advertised online.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, control expenses and achieve business targets
- Train, coach and manage staff performance
- Prepare operational and sales reports using MS Excel
- Oversee food costing, inventory control, budgeting and cost management
- Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
- At least 7-10 years of experience in restaurant operations
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Age below 40 years
- Professional, well-groomed and presentable personality
Required skills
- MS Excel
- Food costing, inventory control and budgeting
- Staff training and performance management
