About the role
Join the Hotels team and brighten guests' days by handling restaurant reservations and delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest and team inquiries.
- Secure restaurant bookings, converting inquiries into confirmed reservations and handling special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, including guest details and special requirements.
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize restaurant sales by promoting special menus, events, or dining experiences.

- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
