Retail Manager (Store Based)

About the role

The Retail Manager (store based) will lead the SKIMS store in Kuwait, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and achieving all store targets. You will drive a high‑performance culture, maintain operational excellence, and align the store with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store targets through effective leadership and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, implementing strategies to grow the business.
• Maintain an industry‑leading service culture and stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales analyses, forecasts and P&L reports to support decision‑making.
• Recruit, train and retain a high‑performing team while overseeing stock management and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising to ensure brand standards are consistently applied.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing initiatives in line with operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience successfully managing fast‑paced, large‑format or multiple profitable retail stores.
