Sales Associate – Customer Service Champion

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle stores. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Address customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness and product replenishment.
• Comply with security policies to minimize stock loss.
• Utilise advanced selling techniques to generate high‑value transactions and repeat business.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of retail or sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
