Sales Associate – Fashion Retail

About the role

Join a leading fashion retail brand operating across Kuwait as a Sales Associate. You will create a welcoming shopping environment, understand customer preferences, and recommend stylish products that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and styles.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling, cross‑selling, and upselling.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, including sizes, materials, and new arrivals.
• Arrange and replenish merchandise following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Keep the shop floor, fitting rooms, displays, and stock areas clean and organized.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Follow company procedures for payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
• Uphold grooming standards and represent the brand professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Friendly, presentable, and customer‑focused with a genuine interest in fashion.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Business, Marketing, or Fashion is a plus.
• At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales‑driven mindset with enthusiasm for achieving targets.
• Ability to stay calm and effective during busy store hours.
• Proactive, responsible, and collaborative work approach.
• Excellent command of Arabic and good working knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Point‑of‑sale (POS) system knowledge.
