About the role
The Sales Associate will work on the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers find the right products and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Champion customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
- Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and drive sales through up‑selling and cross‑selling.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and product replenishment.
- Comply with store security policies to minimize stock loss.
- Utilise advanced selling techniques to generate high‑value transactions and encourage repeat business.
Required profile
- High School Certificate.
- 1–2 years of retail or sales experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent Arabic.
