Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused Sales Associates to join our retail team in Al Kuwait. You will help create an exceptional shopping experience while contributing to store performance and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable fashion products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling, cross‑selling and upselling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, fitting rooms and displays.
• Replenish merchandise, assist with stock management and process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges and complaints professionally while supporting visual merchandising initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional business, marketing or fashion education is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
• Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a professional appearance.
