About the role
Join Pretty Ballerinas, a historic European luxury shoe brand, as a Sales Associate in The Avenues Mall, Al‑Rai, Kuwait. You will represent the premium label, delivering exceptional service to a discerning clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, providing fashion advice and ensuring a high‑standard buying experience.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments and manage email inquiries using tablets.
- Receive and organize merchandise, maintain stock levels and support visual merchandising.
Required profile
- Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and English.
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury footwear or premium fashion retail.
- Excellent grooming, communication and customer‑service skills.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy, including POS system operation.
- Inventory handling and stockroom management.
