Sales Consultant (Female) – Damas x Tanishq

About the role

We are looking for a female Sales Consultant to join our Damas x Tanishq retail store in Kuwait. The role involves engaging customers, presenting the jewellery collections, and completing sales transactions while maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and engage with customers to understand their requirements.
• Introduce the various product offerings and facilitate buying decisions.
• Prepare estimates for selected products and complete sales transactions.
• Achieve category‑wise sales targets for the allocated section.
• Assist customers with sales returns or repair work.
• Follow standard operating procedures and cost‑saving practices in the store.
• Count and maintain daily stock records, report sold stock and ensure replenishment.
• Maintain attractive product displays and secure stock at the end of the day.
• Monitor dead stock and collaborate with the store manager to minimise it.
• Support marketing, visual merchandising and IRSG teams to improve footfall and store compliance.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to corporate teams.
• Manage customer queries and complaints according to company guidelines.

Required profile

• Female candidates able to engage customers and handle sales transactions.
