Sales Executive – Relocation (Packing & Removal)

About the role

The Packing and Removal Department is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for relocation services. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting high‑value clients to closing contracts, ensuring a seamless experience for corporate and large‑scale moves.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets for packing, removal and relocation services.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, industries and potential clients.
• Acquire and manage high‑value corporate accounts and large‑scale relocation projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and provide tailored solutions.
• Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
• Conduct site visits or virtual consultations to assess complex client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing while balancing profitability and client satisfaction.
• Travel frequently to meet clients, conduct site visits and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience in packing, removal, relocation or a related industry.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition and account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Kuwait market; experience with corporate clients is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
