About the role

A Full‑Time Key Holder drives business performance through leadership while ensuring a differentiated customer experience in a multi‑million dollar store.

Key responsibilities

Lead a team of associates to complete operational tasks, opening and closing routines, and store presentation.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and asset‑protection standards.
Deliver excellent customer experience and supervise the sales floor.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor or manager.
Strong work ethic, assertiveness, analytical mindset, and adaptability.
Ability to multitask, handle stress, and pay attention to detail.

Required skills

Leadership and team development.
Communication and customer service.
