Sales Manager – Medical Imaging

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team and expand the market share of UIH diagnostic imaging products. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, logistics and service teams to deliver projects and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coach the regional sales team while driving market share in assigned territories.
• Participate in bidding activities and coordinate cross‑functional teams for project execution.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows and marketing events, analyse market conditions and build a strong stakeholder network.
• Maintain a customer‑focused regional network and resolve client issues through internal coordination.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in the healthcare sector, preferably with diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Deep understanding of the diagnostic imaging ecosystem and its trends.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication, negotiation and management abilities.
