Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving growth across key categories, and ensuring excellent execution of trade agreements with retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and sustainable growth across key FMCG categories.
• Conduct daily morning meetings to align the team on objectives, drive motivation, and track performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, cooperatives, and key accounts to ensure optimal product visibility and execution of trade agreements.
• Oversee flawless execution of offers, contracts, and promotional campaigns in line with internal guidelines and ratios.
• Monitor competitor campaigns and provide market intelligence to support strategic planning and field activities.
• Perform field audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and promotion plans.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Finance and Warehouse, to guarantee smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Track performance metrics, manage reporting, and maintain accurate area‑level sales data and statistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Proven ability to manage routing, assignment planning, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
