About the role
The position is responsible for producing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates in line with design specifications and other ad‑hoc requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Produce BOQs as required by the Design team.
- Generate high‑level and detailed cost estimates based on project requirements.
- Ensure Americana standards are implemented, met and maintained.
- Collaborate on special projects that require focused attention and reporting.
- Deliver quality NSO BOQs versus target.
- Deliver quality remodel BOQs versus target.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6–8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Prior experience in retail or F&B brands.
- Excellent architectural drawing reading skills.
- Strong knowledge of civil/ID works specifications.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems and local authority requirements.
- Strong analytical abilities.
