About the role

The position is responsible for producing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates in line with design specifications and other ad‑hoc requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce BOQs as required by the Design team.
  • Generate high‑level and detailed cost estimates based on project requirements.
  • Ensure Americana standards are implemented, met and maintained.
  • Collaborate on special projects that require focused attention and reporting.
  • Deliver quality NSO BOQs versus target.
  • Deliver quality remodel BOQs versus target.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 6–8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Prior experience in retail or F&B brands.
  • Excellent architectural drawing reading skills.
  • Strong knowledge of civil/ID works specifications.
  • Good knowledge of MEP systems and local authority requirements.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
