Senior HR Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to lead the driver recruitment and onboarding operations for our growing logistics network in Kuwait. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through international agencies to ensuring drivers are fully activated and ready to work.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit delivery drivers through international recruitment agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners across multiple countries.
• Conduct candidate interviews and select qualified applicants.
• Manage the complete onboarding process from interview until driver activation.
• Coordinate with Mandoubs, Operations, and other departments to ensure all onboarding steps are completed on time.
• Monitor recruitment progress, resolve delays, and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Prepare recruitment and onboarding reports and continuously improve the hiring process.

Required profile

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment.
• Strong network with international recruitment agencies is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes.
• Experience in high‑volume recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or food delivery is a strong advantage.
