Senior Operations Manager – Contracting & Civil Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager with a strong civil engineering and contracting background to lead our operations in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing tendering processes, cost estimation, and contract administration for large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end tendering, including preparation of BOQ and cost estimates.
• Lead pre‑qualification and bid management activities for government and private projects.
• Administer FIDIC and NEC contracts, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee claims handling and dispute resolution to protect company interests.
• Coordinate with project teams to align operational activities with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of hands‑on experience in construction operations, tendering, and contract management.
• Proven track record with Kuwait MPW or GCC government projects is a strong advantage.
• Degree in civil engineering or a related field.
