Senior Sales Specialist – Procurement & Retail

About the role

Roche is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to lead procurement and retail execution for its CGM portfolio in Kuwait. This newly created position will own the end‑to‑end procurement process across public and private sectors and drive retail sector performance, allowing the broader team to focus on healthcare professional engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete CGM procurement cycle for both government (MOH) and private accounts.
• Own retail sector performance, building relationships with pharmacy chains and overseeing in‑market execution.
• Lead preparation, submission and follow‑up of tenders and contracts across public and private customers.
• Coordinate closely with the distributor’s retail team to ensure consistent channel execution.
• Provide regular reporting on procurement pipeline, tender timelines and retail results to the NPC Commercial Lead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences or a related field.
• 6–15 years of experience in public and private procurement and retail/channel sales, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven ability to navigate government/MOH procurement processes in Kuwait or the GCC.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up capabilities to manage multiple tenders and retail accounts.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
