ServiceNow SecOps Developer (Vulnerability Response Certified)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Developer to design, build, and maintain Security Operations solutions. The role requires a ServiceNow Vulnerability Response certification and recent hands‑on implementation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow SecOps modules, especially Vulnerability Response.
• Configure vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation workflows, risk scoring, dashboards, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and integrations with scanners and CMDB.
• Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, and other security platforms.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize configurations, and ensure performance.
• Collaborate with security, IT operations, and vulnerability management teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow SecOps Developer with recent implementations.
• Mandatory ServiceNow Vulnerability Response certification.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability remediation processes and CMDB concepts.
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
