Store Manager – Luxury Retail (Kuwait)

About the role

The Store Manager leads all aspects of store operations in Kuwait, ensuring an exceptional luxury customer experience while driving sales performance and upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyse sales data, identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to maximise profitability.
• Deliver high‑level clienteling, manage VIP appointments and resolve customer issues with a client‑first approach.
• Recruit, train, motivate and coach a high‑performing team; conduct performance reviews and schedule staff for optimal coverage.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, loss‑prevention and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, coordinate seasonal floor changes and product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years luxury retail experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion trends and premium customer expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing KPIs.
