Supply Support Specialist

About the role

The Supply Support Specialist provides comprehensive logistics support for Army units stationed in Kuwait, ensuring accurate accountability of supplies, equipment, and repair parts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update Mission Stock Record Accounts (MSRA) and property books using GCSS‑A and PBUSE.
• Process supply requests through STAMIS, AEPS, DoD E‑MALL, and DLA systems, verifying serial numbers, NSNs, and line items before issue.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, support physical inventories, and ensure all documentation complies with AR 735‑5 and related regulations.
• Manage hazardous material shipments, coordinate with transportation specialists, and handle equipment disposition to DRMO.

Required profile

• Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Knowledge of Army supply regulations (AR 710‑1, AR 735‑5, DA PAM 710‑2‑1, etc.) and experience with property accountability procedures.
• Valid motor vehicle license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using GCSS‑A, PBUSE, AEPS, DoD E‑MALL, DLA requisitioning, and STAMIS systems.
