Warehouse Keeper (Arabic-speaking only)

About the role

A warehouse keeper position based in Al Rai, Kuwait, handling the daily operations of receiving, storing and dispatching goods. The role requires fluent Arabic or English and availability for flexible shifts; candidates must be able to join immediately and be willing to transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods against delivery notes or purchase orders, reporting damaged or missing items.
• Store products safely using methods such as First-In, First-Out (FIFO).
• Mark and label stock, and conduct routine stock counts and updates of digital inventory systems or logs.
• Pack, label and release items for delivery or internal production use, and assist unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes and placing orders in the delivery area.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves or bins according to organizational standards.
• Keep records of transactions and communicate errors to the relevant parties.
• Keep the storage area clean and follow workplace safety rules.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous work in a warehouse, store or logistics role, 2 to 5 years of experience.
• Fluent Arabic or English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Availability for flexible shifts and ability to join immediately.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with inventory software such as SAP or Excel.
