Admission Officer & Sales Advisor

About the role

CODED is seeking an Admission Officer who will act as the human face of the academy, guiding prospective students and their families from the first contact through enrolment. The role blends advisory conversations with sales closing, ensuring each applicant receives clear guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advisory calls and in‑person consultations, understand candidates’ backgrounds and recommend suitable programmes honestly.
• Manage the full admissions funnel: respond promptly to inbound inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, social media, email and walk‑ins, and run outbound outreach to warm leads, wait‑listed and lapsed applicants.
• Maintain the CRM, handle objections on price, time or capability, and close enrolments while reporting pipeline status to the Marketing Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, admissions, customer advisory or a client‑facing role with targets.
• Strong sales charisma and proven closing ability without high‑pressure tactics.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (native Kuwaiti accent is a plus).
• Basic understanding of programming, AI, cybersecurity and data‑science careers.
• Comfortable using AI tools and a CRM to stay organised.
• Disciplined follow‑up, availability for evenings and occasional weekends, and a valid driving licence.
